Processing Time

We typically process and ship orders within 1 business day (weekends and holidays don't count). During busy seasons or when everyone's stocking up on Kitchen Impossible challenges, things might take a bit longer. Thanks for your patience while we get cooking.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping usually takes 3–9 business days, depending on where you are and which shipping method you choose. Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link so you can follow your cards' journey to you.

As a globally distributed brand, we ship worldwide — which means delivery times can vary a bit depending on your region, customs, or local carriers. We work with trusted shipping partners to make sure your order arrives safe and sound.

Change of Address

Need to update your shipping address after placing an order? Contact us ASAP and we'll do our best to help. Just keep in mind that once your order is processed for shipping, changes get tricky.

Order Cancellation

We're pretty quick at getting orders out the door. Once your order is processing, it's practically on its way to you. If you need to cancel, just email our friendly team at hello@impossiblecards.com with your order number, and we'll sort it out.
